What you'll do
- Track market trends and customer needs across Amazon, Etsy, eBay, social media and analytics tools
- Research target customers' tastes, traits and behavior
- Evaluate ideas and help create designs for POD products (t-shirts, flags, stickers…)
- Work with designers to turn ideas into designs and publish products to storefronts
- Optimize images, keywords and descriptions to drive sales and hit KPIs
What we look for
- Great attitude: serious, enthusiastic, eager to learn, team player
- Quick, analytical and good at research
- Curious with creative thinking
- Good English, mainly reading
- A love of Western pop culture (movies, shows…) is a plus
- No experience required; 6+ months of full-time office work is a plus
